JCC Class for New Moms and Babies

YORK, PA — A Jewish Community Center is providing a way for new moms to get back in shape and bond with their babies at the same time.

The York JCC in York, PA, is offering Back in Shape with Baby, a class for new moms with babies between the ages of eight weeks to 18 months. This interactive class involves basic Pilates moves modified to work with baby and is designed to help new mothers begin their journey in recovering from childbirth.

The class also strengthens the bond between mother and child by ending each session with the mom giving her baby a massage.
